We want all of our customers to be happy with our crabs. If you look at your crabs after you get home, and are disappointed, or if you steam them, and are disappointed with the taste, texture, or fullness, please feel free to return them for a full refund. If you feel that they are smaller than what you paid for please eat them and wash out a few of the smallest shells and bring them with you the next time you come by. If any crabs die before you get them home you can also freeze them and bring them with you the next time and we will replace them. We reserve the right to limit this to one time if we feel that you are being unreasonable. We have an electronic mailing list for crab specials, if you would like to be notified of specials electronically you can register you email address at www.melscrabs.com and you will see specials on the same day we have them. You can also submit this information at the crab truck. All of this information is private. We do not give out or sell any of it.
